Last year, 2 Chainz made a killing off of his popular “Dabbin' Santa” Ugly Christmas sweaters. But this time around, it looks like a major retail chain is trying to cut into the profits.

2 Chainz went on his Instagram page and called out retailer Walmart for selling his “Dabbin’ Santa” sweaters without his permission. In the photo above, it appears that replicas of Deuces’ sweaters are selling for $20.98 to $23.98, depending on your size and color choices.

“Oooh nooo someone please tell Walmart that they didn’t get permission to use this patent or likeness in anyway,” 2 Chainz wrote in the caption. “We use this sweater this time of year to spread togetherness and also give back to those who are less fortunate or not able to provide for their families at the time.”

“That being said it’s gone be a Jolly Holly Xmas,” he added with the hashtags #WALMARTGONEBUYMEAHOUSE #WALMARTGONEBUYMEACAR #Walmartgonegiveback2mycommunity #WALMARTGONEMAKEMEASTAR.

Reps from Walmart have not addressed their bootlegging situation as of yet but they have some explaining to do.

2 Chainz's "Dabbin' Santa" sweater has become a popular holiday item that has grown into different variations over the years. Portions from the sales of the apparel go to his T.R.U. Foundation, which has donated thousands of dollars to homeless families and arts education programs.
