2016 LCB Alumni Weekend Schedule Of Events

It's reunion time for Cougar Nation! The annual LCB Alumni event is going down Friday, October 7 through Sunday, October 9, 2016. The "Mighty Cougars" are gearing up for another BIG weekend full of entertainment and family fun. First and foremost, LCB Alumni fees are due now. Please get with your class rep and get your dues in asap if you have not paid yet. FYI, the dues cover: parade float/decorations, social decorations/food, as well as the tailgate food and "Class T-Shirt."

A 2016 Alumni T-Shirt is also available for $10.00 per shirt. SATURDAY, AUGUST 27 IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER THIS SHIRT. If you would like to purchase one, order it now via PayPal at lcb_alumni@yahoo.com or pay in person Saturday August 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Representative A.B. All Alumni class reps have met and, so far, the schedule of events and activities is as follows:

Friday October 7: LaGrange vs Rayne football game at Gator Stadium, the annual LCB Meet & Greet will go down immediately following the game at the Foundation House, located at 720 Enterprise Blvd. in Lake Charles.

Saturday October 8: Class of 89 is hosting a Cougar Memorial Service beginning at 10 a.m. for all classes at Shattuck Street Park. Classes are to submit the names of their deceased classmates. Saturday night is the Alumni Social (semi-formal attire) at the Civic Center in the Exhibition Hall. See your class rep to buy pre-sale tickets for $5 each.  Tickets can also be purchased at the door, the night of, for $8.00 each.

Sunday October 9: Class of 85 has invited everyone to worship service at Greater St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1801 2nd Avenue in Lake Charles. The LCB Alumni Parade begins at 2:00 p.m. at Cougar Stadium (lineup begins at 11 a.m.) followed by tailgating at Cougar Stadium.
