2017 Steve Harvey Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway a Success

Each Thanksgiving the Steve Harvey Morning Show distributes 8,000 turkeys nationwide to its radio affiliates, and 100 of those turkeys come right here to Southwest Louisiana via 107Jamz.

After delivering 10 turkeys to Abrahams Tent to assist in feeding the homeless and less fortunate in Lake Charles, on Tuesday, November 21, Dj Big Boy Chill, Dj TySki, Erik Tee, and Dj Michele McKnight posted up outside the 107Jamz studios and distributed the remaining turkeys to our loyal listeners, a couple whom shared stories of hardship and others who simply needed the extra help during the holiday season.

Each year we look forward to giving back to the community, and we appreciate everything that the Steve Harvey Morning Show continues to do each year. Happy Thanksgiving SWLA!
