50 Cent Facing Lawsuit For Uploaded Sex Tape Of Rick Ross’s Baby Mama

A Manhattan judge says rapper 50 Cent can be sued for posting a sex tape to his web site featuring the former girlfriend and baby mama of Rick Ross.  

50 Cent is being accused of uploading a sex video of Lastonia Leviston, the mother of Rick Ross's child having sex could still cost the rapper mogul. According to the New York Daily News, a Manhattan judge is allowing the mental and emotional distress lawsuit filed by Leviston to move forward.  Paving the way for Leviston to score a major payday, the judge ruled there was enough evidence in the case to deny 50′s request for a dismissal.

Leviston filed the suit against 50 almost four years ago.  She accuses 50 posting an edited version of a sex tape featuring her and a man named Maurice Murray without her permission.  Leviston further charges, that it was done out of revenge to embarrass the father of her child Rick Ross as Fif and Ross were in a well publicized rap feud at the time.

Though 50 admits to doctoring the 13-minute tape, he denied posting the clip on the net in a sworn statement.  Meanwhile, the edited version of the video features 50 performing as a character named “Pimpin’’ Curly.”  Murray’s face is blurred, but Leviston could easily be identified.

50 calls her “Brooke” as his mocks her and Ross saying, “They thought I was bullsh***ing. I ain’'t bullsh***ing no more man.  One minute and thirty seconds n***a.  You see the tape,” I want you to watch this on your motherf***ing tour bus Ricky. Now how the f**k you gonna say you a boss and you run a motherf**king crew and can’’t even control your b***hes?”
