According to reports, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, 38, struck a deal and pled no contest today (Oct. 28) to a single count of misdemeanor vandalism in connection to an altercation with the mother of his second child, a model named Daphne Narvaez, who goes under the Daphne Joy, on June 23rd.

50 pled no contest to one misdemeanor vandalism charge, the other three vandalism charges were dropped along with the one domestic violence charge. In addition to probation, and community service, 50 Cent was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from his child’s mother, and pay $7,100 in restitution and $2,390 in fines. You big dummy…

Jackson was accused of kicking in the door of Daphne Joy’s condo in Los Angeles community of Toluca Lake. 50 also kicked her as well as destroyed furniture and electronics. Daphne says she locked herself in her bedroom only to have Jackson break open the door and kick her, causing injury.

A Los Angeles County judge has also ordered the hip-hop mogul to submit any weapons in his possession to law enforcement officials within the next 24 hours, it’s not clear when or if he will get them back.
