50 Cent has suffered a major loss on the set of Power.

Pedro Jimenez, a crew member from Power’s production team, died early Monday morning (Dec. 10) while working on location in New York.

On Monday (Dec. 10), Fif went on his Instagram page to remember Jimenez. The "I'm the Man" rapper posted an all-black photo along with the heartfelt message, "I just learned we lost Pedro Jimenez, a member of the Power production team early this morning. My prayers and condolences are with the entire Jimenez family."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 63-year-old member was hit by a SUV at 4:20 a.m. EST, while setting up traffic cones in preparation for filming in Brooklyn. Jimenez was transported to Brooklyn Hospital by EMS, where he was later pronounced dead.

"We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of the members of our Power family," reads a statement from Starz. "Our thoughts are with Mr. Jimenez's family as we work to fully understand what has happened."

Starz has temporarily halted production on the series out of respect for Jimenez and to allow the cast and crew time to mourn.

Power is the the top-rated series on Starz and is currently in its sixth season. Recently, 50 announced that there will be a Power spinoff, which will be a prequel series set in the late 1980s.

"My Power spin off is so crazy I'm doing the prequel," he wrote in an IG post. "Wait till you see this shit, TGE influence (The Golden Era) Southside we outside 1988 Boom #lecheminduroi."
