50 Cent and the producers behind the Starz hit series Power were sued by two men who claim the show contained elements of their play. They can now keep the show moving as a judge has thrown the lawsuit out.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that Power was "eerily" like their play, Dangerous, where it "involved a drug dealer who engaged in violence, launders money, and attempts to stave off prosecution." Similar, but we've all seen that in other movies, and television shows, which was the sentiment of the court.

The judge explained that the storyline is a common element in the public domain, further stating "One need only look to such shows and movies as The Wire, Empire, Breaking Bad, Narcos, Weeds, Carlito's Way, American Gangster, New Jack City, Scarface and Paid in Full."

Now, bring on Season 5!
