The Brick Squad leader was indicted on Tuesday afternoon on one count of aggravated assault according to the Fulton County DA’s Office.  Gucci who’s real name is Radric Davis is accused of hitting a soldier over the head with a bottle of champagne at ATL’s Harlem Nights night club.

In a recent interview the soldier spoke on the incident saying that he was a fan and made it a point to ask Gucci's security if he could take a picture with the rapper stating,  “I’m in the military. I wanted to get a picture with Gucci Mane, is it OK?” but obviously it wasn’t because he was viciously assaulted and had to be taken to Grady Memorial Hospital to receive 10 stitches in his head.

By the way, this is just one incident.  The rapper may face more charges as another victim is reporting be assaulted by Gucci a couple of days later in Philly.  To learn what happened, listen to Tha Wire below.

The lawsuit also states that the scuffle occurred after Chris Brown received a note from Drake.  Confirming that Breezy sent a bottle of champagne to Drake as a peace offering to squash their beef and Drake sent it back with a nasty note that read, “I am f*cking with the love of your life” in reference to his on-again-off-again relationship with Rihanna.
