TMZ reports they obtained Ma$e's divorce filing in Georgia and it’s dated January 2nd.  Allegedly Pastor Mason Betha secretly filed for divorce from his wife Twyla after 12 years of marriage.  The rapper turned pastor cited irreconcilable differences and claimed that they had been separated since August 2013.  In addition Ma$e wanted full custody of their two children, plus child support.  It’s rather ironic because the couple built their church, El Elyon International and various businesses partly on the secrets to a successful marriage.

Believe it or not, there is some good news that came of this story.  Listen to Tha Wire below to get all the juicy details.  In other Ma$e news, he hasn’t abandoned his rap roots and is currently working on his new album, Now We Even.  By the way, he’s supposedly going to sign with Drake's OVO imprint, but there’s been no real conformation on that either. So on all fronts, I’ll keep you posted.

The power couple filed suit against Hurley for posting footage of Kanye proposing to Kim on his startup website MixBit.  The engagement was supposed to be a private affair and was only open to family and close friends and of course the camera crew for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.  To prevent exactly what their now suing Hurley for, the couple went as far as asking all guests to sign a confidentiality agreement. Yet and still, YouTube’s co-founder still leaked.

Needless to say, the billionaire tech developer wants the case thrown-out and you'll never guess why.  Make sure you listen to Tha Wire below for more info.

According to legal docs, the couple says Hurley wasn’t even invited and that he was a guest of another attendee.  On top of that, they also claim he used them to promote his new website MixBit.  On the flip side, Hurley argues that he only posted the video after he seen other images from the proposal online.

Hurley's attorney Rodger Cole told the press, "We do not believe the celebrity release agreement should preclude him from posting the video he posted."
