A New Ice Cream Parlor & Sweet Shop Is About Open In Lake Charles

A few months ago I brought you a story announcing that a new Ice Cream, Dessert & Snack Shop coming to Lake Charles. It's the ice cream parlor franchise, Neveria Michoacana, and the location in a shopping strip located at 3825 Ryan Street.

The franchise is very popular because it features delicious authentic Mexican paletas. These are incredible hand-crafted frozen treats, similar to a popsicle, that are made from fresh fruits such as mangos, kiwi, strawberries, and more. This sweet shop also offers a menu with a wide variety of other traditional Mexican ice cream and American foods and snacks like banana splits, Cheetos and cheese, and more.

Good news, the wait for their grand opening is almost over! The owners just released the following exciting news on their Facebook page:
