As no surprise, A$AP Rocky is facing an assault charges in Philly after allegedly slapping another female fan.  It all went down at the Made In America Festival on Saturday over the Labor Day weekend.  Get the scoop on this and more now with Tha Wire.

TMZ reports that the fan filed a criminal complaint with the D.A.’s office claiming the rapper smacked her in the face after other crowd members pulled on his shirt.  She says the force from the hit gave her whiplash.  An this ain't good as a similar situation occurred while A$AP was tour in Australia earlier this summer.  In that instance footage surfaced on the internet which showed the rapper slapping a female fan in the face, after she tapped him on the head in Australia.  Here's a look at what happened.

Beloved NBA player Lamar Odom has reportedly checked himself into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.  Good choice beings that comes less than a week after his arrest for DUI.  As previously reported the NBA star was arrested last Friday early in the morning after being pulled over for speeding.  Odom, who’s 33 wasn't able to pass the field sobriety test so he was arrested.

Finally, also looking to make some personal changes is former American Idol Ruben Studdard.  Word has it the R&B teddy bear has decided to join the 15th season of the ‘The Biggest Loser.’

When asked why he was doing the show, Ruben said in a recent interview with Today,

 "I'm fat as hell.  No, really though, they called and asked me to be a part of the show and I knew it was time for me to change my life.  I’m 462 pounds. If anybody needs to be here, I do.  I had no desire to be the next ‘Real Husband’ or anything like that!” the 34-year-old shares. This opportunity was about me getting myself together.  It had nothing to do with popularity or fame because I’ve got that. This was about me changing my life.”
