Don't give up on your health regimen, be accountable and at the same time find someone a workout partner YOU can make accountable.  Don't give up.  Dig deep and keep going.  Being accountable means if your gonna talk the talk, your gonna have to walk the walk.Don't let the weather or a bad day stop you from working out.  Get up, get out and stop the excuses.  Be accountable.  Stick to your commitment of working out, your health depends on it.  So don't give in to the temptation to stay home and watch TV.  Don't use the weather as an excuse not to go to the gym.  Be accountable.  In the end you'll be glad you kept going.
