Last year (2013) Alicia Keys became the first ever Global Creative Director for BlackBerry, now the she's parted ways with the troubled tech company.

According to reports, Blackberry didn't give details about why their relationship halted, but they did acknowledge Alicia's work with their Blackberry Scholarship Program where the singer was apart of the advisory panel of the four year scholarship program designed to increase the number of women in specific technology fields.

Blackberry took a third quarter loss of $4.4 billion, which sky rocketed from their $965 million loss in it's second quarter. Former CEO Thorsten Heins, along with BlackBerry’s Chief Operating Officer Kristian Tear, Chief Marketing Officer Frank Boulben and Chief Financial Officer Brian Bidulka have all left the company prior to it's tremendous failed third quarter numbers.

I bet they wish they had sold the company when they had the chance.
