In a recent interview, Soul member Posdnous spoke of the reason why the Hip Hop legends decided to give away the entire catalog saying, “It’s about allowing our fans who have been looking and trying to get a hold of our music to have access to it. It’s been too long where our fans haven’t had access to everything.  This is our way of showing them how much we love them.”

By the way, if you already have De La Soul’s entire discography you’ll be happy to know the group has a new project on the way.   Listen to Tha Wire below and find out when they plan dropping their next album and more.  In the meantime, here’s a De La Soul throwback for you to enjoy!
