One of the first and more popular movie streaming services is going to get a little bit pricier. It seems that Netflix is going to be raising their prices by 13 to 18 percent. I have been a subscriber to the premiere service for over a year now. While there is quality content and specials. I don't know how I feel about the hike in prices.

If you are currently paying $11 per month, you will see a hike of $13. This option will include high definition on up to two different internet connected devices simultaneously. Apparently the extra cash is going towards paying for Netflix's huge investment in original shows and films along with their increase in debt to fight off rivals like Amazon, Disney and AT&T.

If you are a big spender there will be a premium plan offering ultra high definition to that will jump from $14 per month to $16.New subscribers will be hit off the top, but it will roll out to existing customers over the next three months.

What's your take on this? Will you continue to be a subscriber of the streaming service or look at alternate plans?
