Erik Tee
Erik Tee was born and raised in Meridian, Miss., and has been into music for the majority of his life. He got my first start in radio at the age of 14 years old working at a local gospel station and eventually moving on to my ultimate station in the city with my mentor and friend to this very day, Steve Poston. Erik eventually moved to two other cities between Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Columbus, Miss., and held top numbers during those stops.
This eventually led to the position that he was destined to have and that was programming the #1 station for Hip-Hop and R&B in Lake Charles, La. He spends his spare time with his son and wife of 11 years. Believe it or not, he loves to listen to music and is an avid fan of movies.
