The definition of believe, is to have confidence or faith in.  So, YOU have to believe in YOU even when nobody else does.  Wanting to live healthier takes a lot of faith, patience, strength and conditioning.

Please don't think that this can happen over night.  Be realistic and do this for the remainder of your life and you will not be disappointed.  Confidence in yourself will alone boost your love for exercise and healthy eating.  Take it one day at a time and results will follow.
