Benefit Fun Day For Kenneth Morgan Saturday June 27

Come out and help raise funds to pay for the surgery of a local youngster, diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia March 27, 2015.   Kenneth is currently in Memphis, Tennessee at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital awaiting brain surgery and undergoing various other treatments, but his chances of a full recovery are good.

Cancer treatment is extremely expensive and because of that Kenneth's family has put together a benefit "Fun Day."  It all takes place Saturday June 27 at the Waters Edge, located 2760 Power Center Parkway in Lake Charles.  The fun-filled day will include a live DJ, with music provided by the one and only Chuck Slugg.

In an effort to raise the much needed funds there will be a split-the-pot raffle, St. Jude Hat Drive and plenty of concessions to purchase like fried turkey legs, nachos, sausage links and pork steak sandwiches.
