Who knew black pride, cultural celebration, truth and a bit of in-formation could be so offensive???  BET reports some people are losing their ever lovin minds over Beyonce's new single, "Formation."  This year the diva surprised fans and TV viewers with a new song and video, just before she slayed the field and stage with Coldplay and Bruno Mars during the Super Bowl halftime show.

Queen Bey has ruffled some feathers....but why?  The message of "Formation" is true. America's justice system IS broken, racism IS still a major problem here and there ARE bad cops out there murdering people and they DO need to pay for their crimes. However if YOUR not a racist or a BAD cop, that portion of the song doesn't pertain to you.

As BET points out below, the sista addresses the ridiculous and tired rumors of she and Jay being Illuminati, but also celebrates her creole roots, pays homage to those who died and continue to live in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the 50th anniversary of The Black Panther's and last but not least LOVE and treating her man to Red Lobster.

Yet and still some people are really in their feelings about Bey's song, video and Super Bowl performance.  Believe it or not, a group of protesters are organizing an anti-Beyonce rally set for next Tuesday February 16.  Theses people, BET reports, call themselves EventBrite are mainly upset about Beyonce's back-up dancers wearing Black Panther outfits and find it offensive, not to mention the fact that they believe Bey's   performance was a “slap in the face” to law enforcement.

Below is a look at the their statement on the matter:

"Join us as we demonstrate on the block of the NFL Headquarters building,” the description reads. “Are you offended as an American that Beyoncé pulled her race-baiting stunt at the Superbowl? Do you agree that it was a slap in the face to law enforcement? Do you agree that the Black Panthers was/is a hate group which should not be glorified? Come and let's stand together. Let's tell the NFL we don't want hate speech & racism at the Superbowl ever again!"

OMG! I have no idea what they are hoping to accomplish, but I'll keep you posted.  As Far as former New York City Mayor Rudi Giuliani, I don't know what he’s talking about. By the way, for a bit of Black History the original Black Panther Party formed in 1966 in Oakland, Ca. and their main purpose was black pride and they weren't down with turning the other cheek.  They were extremely educated with the their state and city laws and the United States Constitution as they pertained to the rights of ALL American citizens.  Because of the times they lived in, they were armed American citizens who patrolled the neighborhoods to monitor the behavior of police officers and challenge police brutality in their communities at the height of the Civil Rights Movement.  For more info about them click, here.

Moving on!  Beyonce's "Formation World Tour" jumps-off February 27, 2016.  For the complete itinerary click here.  Interestingly enough Rihanna's ANTI World Tour kicks-off the day before, on February 26!  So get your coins together!  Both diva's will make at least one stop close to home during their tours.
