Queen Bey found out she's not the queen of Egypt and who she is or how much money she has couldn't get her a tour of the pyramids.  While in Egypt Mrs. Carter decided she wanted to see the great pyramids and hook-up a tour with the one and only Egyptian archaeologist Zahai Hawass.  However, when the two met up things didn't go so good. Apparently Bey was on 'CP Time' and Mr. Hawass' didn't play that an gave her and her entourage the boot!

The famed archaeologist says he did not permit Beyonce to tour the pyramid grounds in Egypt because of her rude behavior.  Mr. Hawass' told The Independent newspaper of the ordeal in a recent interview and this is what he had to say.

She said she would come at 3 pm but she came late. I said ‘You have to say I’m sorry I’m late’. But she didn't open her mouth.

I brought a photographer and she also had a photographer and a guard. When my photographer started to shoot, he said ‘No, Stop! I am the one who says yes or no, not you.’ I said ‘In that case since you almost hit my photographer and you are not polite — out! I am not giving you the privilege of having you on my tour.’ I said Beyoncé was stupid and I left.

Though her tour of Egypt was a bust, her “Mrs Carter World Tour” is a major success.  According to Billboard so far the tour has grossed $104.3 million, sold over 883,000 tickets for 59 performances in the 7 months since it began in April.  Bey still has four weeks to go and already is on pace to top her last tour, the “I Am… Sasha Fierce” World Tour which grossed $119.5 million in 108 shows.  So I guess all is not lost.
