It's been a slow news day, so lets take a trip back in time to 1996 when rap music still had feeling, and actually meant something more than just a song to shake your a** to.

For the past week I've been bumping Scarface's 'Mary Jane' from his 1996 album Untouchable.  This songs infectious melody and storyline is one of the many songs that made me a fan of the legendary Houston rapper.

It's been six years since Scarface released an album, with his 2008 album EmeritusAccording to MTV, "the Geto Boys icon is planning his return with a new solo album and book tentatively titled Deeply Rooted."

I can't wait!
