I have been away from my hometown of Meridian, Ms for about 17 years now and recently just heard about the rising of young superstar Big K.R.I.T. He really hit the forefront after I left, but once I was introduced to his music, I had to get behind him. He has released several albums and mixtapes, but unfortunately hasn't really gotten the acclaim that so many of the latest artist have. Big K.R.I.T is really one of the only artist that I can say drops music for free that he could actually charge for. He recently released the "Week Of K.R.I.T" giving anticipated fans something to hold them over until Cadillactica is released this fall. I have to give major props to the homie and look forward to more great things to come in the near future in his career.
