HERE’S TODAY’S BONUS STORY:

The music world lost three music legends in a row over the last week.  The funk and go-go legend Chuck Brown, who brought us “Bustin Loose”, the Queen of Disco Donna Summer and from the iconic family group The Bee-Gees, Robin Gibb who lost his battle to cancer just yesterday.  Gibbs publicist released the following statement in regard to his death: “The family of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, announce with great sadness that Robin passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery.  The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time.”

Just last month Gibb was given days to survive after falling into a coma due to pneumonia.  However, he shocked everyone including doctors when he made miraculous recovery and regained consciousness.  In the end he lost his battle with colon and liver cancer.
