Busta Rhymes can breath easy now that his case for assault is settled.

According to AllHipHop, the Brooklyn-born raper plead guilty to second-degree harassment and completed anger management class.

Back in August, Rhymes real name Trevor Smith Jr., was arrested and charged with second-degree assault when he allegedly threw a 17-ounce container of strawberry-flavored Muscle Milk at a gym employees head. The assault occurred because the rapper wanted to bring a film crew inside Steel Gym in New York, to record his workout, but the gym employee wouldn’t allow it.

During the altercation, the gym employee was silighty injured, resulting in the charges.
