C.T. Fletcher is back with another classic motivational style video. Since I discovered this guy about 2 years ago. I have been following his videos. As a matter of fact, he is one of the guys who really motivated me to hit the gym a little harder. I mean come one. Who wouldn't want to take a little advice from this man.

If you follow his and see what he has been through, then you would understand why he fights so hard to spread a positive message to people out there. He is known by plenty of bodybuilders and just regular folks like myself. He has just dropped another video in his series and this one is called "Last Will & Testament". Now I will be the first to warn you, his lyrics are not for the faint hearted, but he is the perfect guy to make you finish that last rep at the gym.

All I can say is this man has it down. There are days where this can come into play not just on the working on side. But also in your personal life. I have this on my bucket list to meet this guy one day. I'm sure it will not be right now, but I am well on my way and to possibly be able to get get in a little workout with the man would be a dream. So let's see if we can make that happen.
