Cardi B's winning streak continues. After scoring the no. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100, the first female solo rap artist to do so since Lauryn Hill hit the top spot back in 1998, "Bodak Black" has gone platinum.

“PLATINUM!!!!!! Thank you BARDIGANG, FRIENDS, Family, Radio personality ,DJs,ARTIST!!!! Made it happen for me !!!” she wrote on Instagram.

Cardi's debut album was due out in October but she says she pushed it back because she's worried about achieving the success she has with "Bodak Yellow." However, J. Cole tweeted for her to drop the album, and Cardi said she's inspired by his encouragement. As of now, there's no word on will her project will drop.

In the meantime, she's up for nine BET Hip Hop nominations this year, continuing her impressive winning streak.
