Parole documents for rapper Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, were obtained by Bossip, which state that as part of the agreement for his supervised release “The defendant shall not frequent places where controlled substances are illegally sold, used distributed or administered.”

Gucci’s parole also requires that be randomly tested for drugs, undergo mental health counseling, attend drug and alcohol rehab, not posses any drugs, agree to random searches “anytime, anywhere, “ and give a DNA sample. The “First Day Out the Feds” rapper must also have permission from his probation officer before leaving Georgia.

Gucci Mane’s parole is set to end in 2019.
