The city that always has things going on is popping off again this weekend. After being locked down in the crib for the past few weeks. I would think that you would want to be in the middle of all of the activities popping off. Check it out as I give you a weekend round up of things happening in the city.

Alright I know I may have sounded a little stuffy with the allergies and all going on. But tonight get ready for the Movies Under The Stars with the hit "The Good Dinosaur" starting around 7 pm and being shown for free at the Prien Lake Park with plenty of refreshments and more added.

Also tonight strap on your boots for the Semien Stables Trailride and Scholarship Festival going down this entire weekend kicking off with J Paul Jr and The Zydeco Nu Breed with special guest Slim Thug. It all stars tonight around 9:30 pm. Then tomorrow night starting at around 6 it's Rusty Metoyer and The Zydeco Crush, being followed by Brian Jack and The Zydeco Gamblers. On Sunday all of the fun goes down as the festival comes to an end with Lil Nathan and The Zydeco Big Timers for a weekend of great music and so much more fun.

Also tomorrow get ready for the Lake Charles Gun Show at the Lake Charles Civic Center as well hosted by Gator Gun and Knife of Louisiana. It all starts at 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. We'll be back at you next time for more great events to come to the city and around the area.
