According to AllHipHop, NBA baller Derrick Rose has got himself in some REAL *hit. If all doesn't go right this dude's career could be all but over.  To start at the beginning, Rose is being accused of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend by way of gang rape August 2013.

The woman, being referred to as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Rose in September in this year in L.A's Superior Court.  USA Today reports the woman claims to have been in a two-year relationship with Rose.  According the her, though they broke-up they remained in contact with one another.  She goes on to claim, Rose invited to his home in Beverly Hills for a party were she was allegedly drugged.

The woman says after a friend helped her get home Rose, his manager Randall Hampton and a friend, Ryan Allen broke into her home and raped her. Court documents obtained by USA Today indicate that the woman “did not do any pregnancy tests or a rape kit because she was terribly ashamed and embarrassed. She kept thinking that this was ‘not supposed to happen.'”

Court docs also reveal that Derrick Rose is denying allegations of gang rape, but not to having having a sexual encounter with her.  The Chicago Bulls player claims that Jane Doe consented to group sex with him and Hampton and Allen. During Bulls practice, Rose released a brief statement Monday on Media Day saying,

“I will be proven innocent, but at the same time, it hasn’t affected anything. It’s not true. I take it as motivation. I feel like the devil is just working.

He continued, I feel like I’m on the right track as far as where I want to be at in my life. And I feel like when you’re that focused, people try to take you down. I’m very confident that I will be proven innocent.”

The court filing entered Rose's behalf reads,

“The Plaintiff consented to sexual interaction with more than one co-defendant on more than one occasion, consented to sexual interactions on the day in question, and invited the defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in through security and opened the apartment door to welcome them, and then consented to additional group activities later that evening."

As far as Bulls management, the teams GM Gar Forman, offered his support for Rose on Monday. He said of the situation,

“In regard to Derrick’s situation, we understand that there’s a process that he’ll need to go through, but Derrick’s part of our family and Derrick has our full support. ... I think he’s in a great place physically, I think he’s in a really good place mentally and I think his focus, just like his teammates, is on getting started tomorrow.”

Forman added, “We don’t anticipate him missing any time (for legal reasons). There’s been nothing brought up of that nature.”

If that's not bad enough, the injury prone point guard fractured his left orbital during the team's first practice and it's unclear if he'll be ready to play for Chicago's opener at the end of the month.  Wow!  This is pretty crazy.  This defiantly has the potential to go very badly for Rose.  I will keep you posted on this developing story, as more details become available.
