Today in Tha Wire, looks like someone's trying to their 15 minutes of fame and Chris Brown ain't trying to be the fall guy.  Breezy is being accused of punching a woman during a private party in Las Vegas over the weekend (Jan.2).  The singer and his management aren't gonna take this laying down and have come forward to deny the allegations.

According to XXL, a woman by the name of Liziane Gutierrez is behind the story and she's claiming that Chris punched her in the eye for taking a picture of him at a New Years party. However Brown’s reps says the woman's story is a complete lie, as she didn't had a phone in the party.  How do they know that?  Because there was a "NO CELL PHONE" policy in place at this particular chin-dig.

Breezy also addressed the accusations and took to Instagram to give his take on the matter.  The singer posted a pic of the accuser saying, “Obviously somebody is looking to get a check or start some shit,” he continued. “I don’t know this old looking bitch. This bitch is old, dusty. Look at her in the Jason Derulo video, like, she came to Vegas, she came to my room and was probably too ugly to get in.”

You know TMZ had the video, Breezy was talking about and basically, she looks pretty thirsty.  TMZ cameras were rolling back in August as the woman threw a tantrum for not being allowed on Jason Derulo's party bus. According to her, the singer asked her to come with him and then flipped the script.  Like Breezy's camp, Derulo's people say they don't know this chick.  So one things for sure she's no stranger to drama when it comes to celebrities.

Back on her assault claims. Chris Brown's reps told TMZ they had to put Gutierrez out of the party for being disruptive. According to the report, while the woman waited in the hallway to get her phone back, she went off and threw her purse, screaming she “could buy everyone in the hotel.”

If that's not enough, she's clapping back and responding to Breezy's Instagram video. Apparently, she's upset he called her old and ugly.

Just a little side note, she may want to considered whether or not she wants to keep this ball rolling.  If she's telling the truth, then hopefully she'll get justice.  HOWEVER if she's NOT (an I'm more inclined to believe, she's not), then Chris Brown can sue her for slander, deformation, extortion or trying to blackmail him for money.  There are also legal consequences for people who file false claims. So for her sake, she's on the up-an-up, if not this can backfire big time.
