Ciara Loses Custody Case Against Future

Ciara’s probably not having the best week, thanks to custody court in California on Monday.

According to TMZ, the singer wanted the judge to give her sole custody of her one-year-old son baby Future. She claims her ex-fiance, rapper Future, isn’t a good dad and that he doesn’t spend time with his son. Cici and her lawyer went into court and bashed Future, but lucky for him the judge wasn’t trying to hear it.

Future reportedly showed up to court and asked the judge for joint custody, to which she granted.

California is known for being in favor of joint custody.

TMZ caught up with the Ciara leaving court, and she didn’t seem a bit too happy.

Ciara is still seeking $15 million in a defamation lawsuit against Future, of which the rapper countersued for the same amount. The defamation case is separate from the custody case.
