According to NBC, After flying over the South Carolina state capitol for over 50 years, the South Carolina House of Representatives has voted to remove the Confederate flag from the capitol. After 13 hours of deliberation that actually ended this morning (July 9), they voted 94-20.

“South Carolina can remove the stain from our lives,” said Democrat Rep. Joe Neal. “I never thought in my lifetime I would see this.”

The flag will be shipped to South Carolina governor Nikki Haley to be held in the Confederate Relic Room. The flag is set to come down on Friday (July 10, 2015).

In other news according to VladTV, rapper Tyga is seeking the help of the FBI after nude photo’s of him lead onto the internet. A transgender model named Mia Isabella is rumored to be the person who leaked the photos, after Tyga allegedly sent them via text message. Tyga and his lawyer are denying the allegations.

The pics are thought to have been hacked from Tyga’s phone or from someone he actually sent the photos to, which is what the FBI will be looking into. Isabella also denies leaking the photos and wants to help Tyga locate the culprit. The Transgender model does claim she’s been in a relationship with the “Rack City” rapper for three years, even while he was in a relationship with Black Chyna, as well as Kylie Jenner.

A woman is suing 2 Chainz for $5 Million dollars, why you ask? For releasing a video titled “#isthisyourthot” making fun of her backstage at one of his shows. According to TMZ, Back in March 2014, Christine Chisholm claims that one of 2 Chainz’s and fellow ATL rapper Cap 1, invited her backstage. Upon getting backstage she was made fun of, and called a “thot,” translation = “that hoe over there.”

In the lawsuit, Chisholm claims she lost her job at a barbershop because the owner didn’t want negative attention on his business, due to the ridicule she suffered in the video. She also said she gets harassed in public and the video has ruined her reputation. Watch the infamous video clip below.
