It doesn't get any better than this!  These young girls have been working hard and it all paid off last Friday...in a major way.  We want to let them know that their hard work and wonderful achievement isn't going to go un-noticed.

Extreme Impact overcame their fears, obstacles and challenges and won the Pony 14U Slow Pitch World Series Friday July 26th in White Settlement, Texas.  Technically, the young ladies were already at a disadvantage, because they were playing 14 and 15 year old and 11 girls on their team were only 12.  On top of that, all of their opponents were "fast pitch" players.  However, they didn't let any of that intimidate them.  Besides they came in the series with a 26-6 record, so their confidence was pretty good.

Extreme Impact had a grueling world series.  At the end, they ended up having to play the same team twice to win.  Their first game against the Fort Worth Disciples ended in defeat.  But they kept their confidence up and beat the Disciples in the second game for the win.

YOU GO GURLS!!!  WE ARE SO VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL!!  A special shout-out to the coaches (especially my cousin Jobe), the team moms and parents, who together made the girls success possible.
