There's one thing for sure this has been a speedy trial.  If all stays on track, jurors could reach a verdict by Friday.  The defense has rested it's case and is now preparing for closing arguments.

Dr. Conrad Murray says he will not testify in his own defense. However, he did leave the possibility open that he might take the stand on Monday so we'll see. Dr. Murray told Judge Pastor that he had not yet made a final decision.

Closing arguments are scheduled to begin tomorrow morning, but the defense won't be submitting any new evidence. So, this is really it. The trial went by quickly. Will jurors reach a decision just as fast? Time will tell and we'll keep you posted.

Finally, Dr. Murray has pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson and is looking at only four years if found guilty.
