In an ironic turn of events, TMZ reports David Banner has filed suit against Lil Wayne for the same thing he's suing Cash Money for...unpaid royalties.  Ain't that a trip? The rapper/actor reportedly produced “La La” and “P*ssy Monster” for Tha Carter III and says he was never compensated.

Banner also claims Weezy owes him roughly $15, 392 for the track, “Streets Is Watchin,” which can be found on the We Are Young Money compilation.   In all, the Mississippi emcee says the YM mogul owes him well over $100, 000.  So far, Wayne and his camp have made not comment on the accusations.

On a brighter note, TMZ reports David Banner is gearing up to make a comeback.  The last time were heard anything new from him, was 2012 with the mixtape Sex, Drugs and Video Games.  The good news is, Banner's music hiatus is about to come to an end as he plans to drop his next studio album The God Box later this year. Word has it, the lead-off single is a joint called, “My Uzi,” featuring rapper/producer Big K.R.I.T.  So be on the lookout!
