Daycare Workers Arrested For Staging Toddler Fight Club [VIDEO]

Have people lost their minds?  What in the world is going on with daycare's in the U.S.?  As unbelievable as this may sound, three employees at the Hands of Our Future Daycare accused of encouraging toddlers to fight each other while the children were under their care.

According to reports Tiana Harris, 19, Lisa Parker, 47, and Estefania Myers, 21, employees of the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Dover, were arrested after a cellphone video emerged of them allegedly encouraging two 3-year-olds to fight in an organized battle.  Unbelievably, when one of the children says "He’s pinching me!" One of the daycare workers responded by saying, "No pinching, only punching."  ??????  Are these women insane?

Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump said the video was taken in March, and that two of the suspects could be seen encouraging the fight, while the other filmed it with her cellphone.  In case you were wondering neither of the toddlers suffered serious injuries, but Capt. Stump said it was "painfully clear that they were hurting each other."

Parents who had their children enrolled in the day care went to a meeting Monday and were informed about the video.  Police say the parents voiced their concerns, but commended them for keep their composure after receiving the horrible information.  By the way the parents were not shown the video.  It's probably for the best, because I'm sure the safety of the three woman is already pretty shaky.

One of the parents, Amy Bickerling, who had a 4-year old son enrolled at the daycare told reporters, "It's very disturbing to think anything like that could go on.  I know these teachers.  I go on all the field trips.  I've never seen anything irregular."

Police say that a full investigation is under way.  There is no evidence yet to suggest these fights occurred more than once, but authorities will be conducting interviews with some of the children to find out for sure.  The three woman were booked, arrested and then posted $10,000 bond.

You'll be happy to know that all three of them were charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering and conspiracy.  I hope they put them under the jail!  What do you think?  What should happen to those women?
