Today in Tha Wire rapper/actor Tyga is facing some major legal issues over a Malibu mansion he rented in 2011.  According to the news, the rapper rented the pricey crib for $16,000 a month!!  Things started to go left the moment he fell behind on the rent.  E! News obtained the court docs and apparently the rapper was only living in the massive piece of real estate for three months, before he missed a payment.  The moment the funds didn't hit the bank, the landlord tried to get him evicted.

Tyga, who's real name is Michael Ray Stevenson, allegedly abandoned the house shortly there after. Once he was gone the landlord discovered his property was trashed and reported that thousands of dollars in damages was done to the home.  The price tag on damages reached $480,285 and included the automatic gate opener being ripped off the wall, to major damage to bathroom tiles and ceiling and floor damage from the installation of a stripper pole in the master bedroom.

Long story short the landlord filed suit in 2012 and won a judgement of the $480k, but the rapper hasn't paid up yet.  According to reports Tyga was supposed to appear in court yesterday on the issue and go over his finances and assets, but failed to show up. Now it's being reported that if he don't appear today, an arrest warrant will be issued for the rapper.

That's about the size of it.  Hopefully he can get worked out.  In the meantime for the scoop listen up to Tha Wire every weekday at 12:50 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz!
