Today in Tha Wire Sean “Diddy” Combs is staring down a massive lawsuit, filed on Monday in L.A. County Superior Court. Diddy's ex-chef, Cindy Rueda, has an ax to grind with her former boss and is making serious allegations in her lawsuit. The Hollywood Reporter (THR), reports Rueda is suing for sexual harassment, failure to pay overtime, intentional infliction of emotional distress, retaliation, defamation and a host of other damages.

Diddy's former personal chef claims she would have to serve the star while he was naked.  Legal docs states Rueda was often subjected to sexual harassment, having to bring the star and his friends food, "immediately following sexual activity."  She accuses Diddy of telling her to bring him meals when he was naked, then asking her what she thought about his body/genitals.

In addition Rueda claims she would have to work long hours, never compensated for overtime and events out of state.  The lawsuit reveals the chef started working for Diddy in 2015, and she agreed to a salary of $150/day.  According to THR Rueda is alleging she worked from 9 a.m. to midnight, or later.  Despite the extended hours and being required to travel, she only got regular pay.  Rueda claims she complained about the lack of overtime pay and reported sexual harassment, to Diddy's personal assistant, Christina Khorram, and his estate director Stacy Friend.

That would prove to be a mistake.  Rueda claims, she was set-up by the executive housekeeper, Iris Combs, and was ultimately fired for stealing a watch.  The chef went on the claim that she was, "lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated."

According to Rueda's attorney, James Blancarte, Iris allegedly "salvaged" items that were thrown away, and one day gave Rueda a watch she found in the trash.  He wrote in the complaint, "Plaintiff was accused of theft and told that she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver of all rights and claims against Defendants." Blancarte his client gave the watch back, but refused to sign the waiver and she was fired.

Rueda claims she was framed our of retaliation for bringing allegations against Diddy. Now she is seeking a little payback of her own and a few damages to boot.  A rep for the Bad Boy CEO, contacted THR and issued the following statement: “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for a cause.”
