Today (June 28), Saturday Night Live releases a never-before-seen skit featuring Drake. In the five-minute clip, titled "Cut for Time: Work Banter," Drizzy plays an awkward new Kinko's employee named Derek.

Derek has a rough first day on the job, struggling to adapt to the established workplace banter. Drake's character tries too hard to fit in with his new fellow employees and gets roasted for it in the process. The laugh-out-loud comedy sketch is further proof that Drake hasn't lost his skill as an actor.

In case you missed it, the Toronto rapper hosted Saturday Night Live in mid-May. He participated in multiple skits (including a "Back to Back" parody), and he also performed hit songs from Views including "Hype" and "One Dance." The SNL appearance garnered generally positive reviews, as the former Degrassi star showed out on network television.

In music-related news, Drake has been steady killing the airwaves since the April release of Views. Subsequent song releases including "For Free" and "4 PM in Calabasas" have also gotten positive reactions from fans and critics. On Sunday night (June 26), Drizzy won Best Male Artist at the 2016 BET Awards. Today (June 28), DMX gave the 6 God his props for sampling him on "U With Me," a standout track from Views.
