Drake Brings Out Travis Scott and Shiggy at New York City Show
Like his previous tours, Drake's Aubrey and the Three Migos trek has been full of surprise guests. After bringing out Cardi B in New York and Tee Grizzley in Detroit, Drizzy surprised the New York City crowd again on Tuesday (Aug. 28) with Travis Scott and Shiggy.
As expected, Drake and La Flame performed their latest collaboration off of Scott's Astroworld album, "Sicko Mode," and Drizzy also gave the Houston rapper the stage to perform his hit single, "Goosebumps." Shiggy, who's responsible for creating the viral In My Feelings Challenge, joined Drake for a performance of the song.
Drake also took some time out during the Madison Square Garden concert to give a shoutout to his young fan Sofia Sanchez. "God the other day blessed her with a new heart," he said about the 11-year-old heart patient. "So Sofia if you get this clip out to you, I love you and I'm happy for you that's right," he continued.
Up next for Drake, his tour will continue on Thursday (Aug. 30) with three shows at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. The Toronto MC and Migos will then head to Montreal, Canada for two nights before doing three shows in Boston. The Aubrey and The Three Migos Tour runs until Nov. 17.
In related Drizzy news, the Scorpion rapper's "In My Feelings" was recently named the song of the summer by Spotify. According to the streaming service, the track was streamed more than 393 million times between June 1 and Aug. 20.
