It's that time of year again and Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation is kicking off the New Year. Tuesday January 6th from 5:30 - 8 pm at the Power Center location at, 3210 Power Centre Pkwy. Come out to the 4th annual Ward 3 Fitness Extravaganza & Health Fair. This event is free and open to the public.
Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation has three facilities Power Center, Pryce Miller, Enos Derbonne and offering a variety of fitness classes, inside tracks and much more. Come out to the Power Center location and get a first hand look at what you can expect from each class, as instructors showcase a 10 minute demo of their class.
