The Literacy Council in partnership with Sowela Technical Community College, will be hosting informational meetings to discuss our Dual-Enrollment program. Anyone over the age of 18 without a high school diploma or GED who is interested in participating in college level training to earn a certificate, diploma or degree is invited to attend.

Meeting Dates: Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 5pm Friday, June 28, 2013 at 10am All meetings will be held at the Literacy Council’s office which is located in Central School at 809 Kirby Street. The benefits of the Dual-Enrollment include

Dual GED prep / College enrollment

Acceleration of coursework

Assistance with entering a post-secondary program or institution of choice

Guidance through year 1 of college level work

Earn 4 College Credits
