Join Sharmita Rideau for a fitness journey.  She offers a fun, motivating and uplifting workout that will focus on simple effective but complete steps in targeting healthy living and weight loss.  Sharmita teaches her classes 5 days a week and offers them at two different centers.

Catch Sharmita for one dollar per class at Ward 3 Power Center Monday's and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm at Ward 3 price Miller Center on hwy 90 and at Drew Park Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 10am and from 4 to 5pm ($5.00 per class).  For the best in Cardio Aerobics and Light weight training join Sharmita for a great workout.
