The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) Baseball State Championships tournament will be in Sulphur at McMurry Park May 10-11. Classes 4A, 3A, B and C will be competing to earn championship titles for their respective classes.
“Sulphur Parks and Recreation is honored once again to host the Class 4A, 3A, B and C LHSAA Baseball Championships at McMurry Park,” said Norman Farr, director of Sulphur Parks and Recreation. “Southwest Louisiana will be rolling out a warm welcome for our special ‘Championship Series Guests’.”
"We are extremely fortunate to have secured a great venue like McMurry Park, which has top-notch facilities and gracious staff members to host our student athletes, coaches and fans for the weekend of some of the best high school baseball Louisiana has to offer,” said Kenny Henderson, LHSAA Executive Director.
