The Children’s Theatre Company (CTC); Artistic Director, Kerry A. Onxley, announce tickets on sale for THE HOBBIT.

The Hobbit is a fantasy novel and children's book by English author J. R. R. Tolkien. It was published on September 21, 1937 to wide critical acclaim, being nominated for the Carnegie Medal and awarded a prize from the New York Herald Tribune for best juvenile fiction. The book remains popular and is recognized as a classic in children's literature.

Performances will be held at the Central School of the Arts & Humanities Center (809 Kirby Street) located in downtown Lake Charles. The show will run Friday, May 2, Saturday, May 4 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, May 5 at 3:00 PM. Ticket prices are $15.00 for adults and $13.00 for students.
