The Northern Irish teens from the Ulster Project are arriving Tuesday, June 25, 2013 to meet their American host families, staying until Thursday, July 25, 2013. A schedule of events is listed below. Tuesday, June 25th-NI teens arrive in Houston, picked up from host families at Managan Rec Center around 11-12 pm (will greet with posters)

Wednesday, June 26th—Orientation/Pot luck at Managan Center – 6 pm

Thursday, June 27th –6-8 pm pool party at W.L. Pool (hotdogs)

Monday, June 28th –6-8 pm Discovery Story/ potluck ---St. Charles Center, Moss Bluff

Wednesday, July 3rd – Lunch at Gatti’s in Sulphur (1pm), ----2-5pm SPAR waterpark

Saturday, July 6th –(1-5 pm ) Car Wash , Sulphur at Pro-Tire across from Brookshires—Pool Party Diane Billot's home (5:30 - 9)

Sunday, July 7th – 1st United Methodist Church Lake Charles,,,, 8:30 am followed by social

Monday, July 8th – Cameron Day- 7am- 3 pm

Tuesday, July 9th - 6:30- 9:30—CAJUN NIGHT 

Thursday, July 11th - (9-11 am) Community Service- cultural exchange at 3 KIDS 360 Daycare, Westlake--- (11-1:30) mall,---(2-3:30) McFarlin's lunch---(3:45-5) KPLC station

Wednesday, July 17th - ALL DAY- Meet the Mayor of DeQuincy/ RR Museum

Thursday, July 18th - (1:00) Bowling- (6:30) Meet Mayor of LC

Friday, July 19th- (5-10) Teen Dance at Managan Center

Saturday, July 20th (6- 9:30)- Irish / American Night and supper -live entertainment from Northern Ireland! -- Henning Methodist Fellowship Hall, Sulphur

Monday, July 22nd (6:30pm)Social at St. Andrews Church, LC. followed by Taize

Wednesday, July 24th, (5:30) Sunset Service at Ingle home in Moss Bluff---Good Byes at the River.

Thursday, July 25th (9am) NI leave ....teens/families meet at Managna Center WL for final goodbyes (NI leave at 11 for Houston flight)
