Ward 3 2nd Annual Fitness Extravaganza/Health Fair

It's that time again.  As the holidays wind down, everyone is looking to slim down for summer.  Here's a way for you to kick start your New Years resolution.  Join the Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation crew for their 2nd Annual Fitness Extravaganza/Health Fair.

It will all take place at the Ward 3 rec on 3210 Power Center Parkway on January 3rd, 2013 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.  This event is free to the public, so bring the whole family and explore what Ward 3 Recreation Center has to offer.

Join in on the celebrations, there will something for everybody like Latin Dance, Kick Boxing, Body Circuit, Zumba, Pilates.  Plus, vital health screening as well like, vision, blood, BMI and more.
