Ward 3 Zydeco and Step Aerobics

Come take part in a high energy, sweat your fanny off Step Aerobics class with Mrs. Mona Lisa at the Ward 3 Power Center Gym.  Step Class is every Monday at 5:30pm and just like every other class at Ward 3, it's only one dollar per class.

Plus, for a foot-stomping good time and super workout,  join Mrs. Mona for Zydeco Aerobics!  Come out and experience Louisiana culture through Zydeco fitness for one dollar per class every Tuesday at 5:30pm, Wednesday at 8:30am and Thursday at 9am at the Ward 3 Enos Darbonne Center on Lake Street.
