A new ramification of the shooting at T.I.'s show at the Irving Plaza has emerged. Fans are suing Live Nation for damages after allegedly being trampled amid the chaos of the shooting at T.I.'s May concert in New York.

The fans' attorney Vincent Provenzano told TMZ that his clients were trampled by people rushing out of the Irving Plaza once shots were fired. The fans claim they suffered serious physical injuries and mental anguish.

The plaintiffs are blaming Live Nation and the Irving Plaza for not adequately screening people who were entering the concert. The amount in damages they are seeking in the lawsuit is unspecified.

The May 25 shooting resulted in the death of Ronald “Banga” McPhatter, a member of Troy Ave's BSB crew. Troy Ave was caught on camera firing a gun in the venue which led to his arrest.

Troy Ave would later be charged with attempted murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon for his role in the shooting. The murder charge was dropped, but the MC remains a suspect.

The BSB rapper has denied that he was the one who fired the bullet that killed his friend. Troy's lawyer John Stella argued in court that his client took the gun away from the man who shot McPhatter and fired back in self-defense.

Troy Ave is currently out on $500,000 bail. Troy also filed his own lawsuit against Live Nation over the poor security at the Irving Plaza.
