Fat Joe Turns Himself In To Start His Four Month Prison Sentence For Tax Evasion — Tha Wire [VIDEO]

Yesterday, Fat Joe turned himself in to authorities to begin his four-month prison sentence.  Get all the details now with Tha Wire.

The Bronx rapper is serving time after pleading guilty to tax evasion.  Federal prosecutors said the Terror Squad leader caused the government to lose $718,038 between 2007 and 2010.  Recently Joe sat down with Sway Calloway and talked about his situation.  This is what he had to say:

Originally Fat Joe was facing a two-year prison sentence, but he ultimately got off with four months instead.  However, he was tagged with a $15,000 fine and one-year of supervised release in exchange.  After posting bail in December for $250, 000, Joe will remain in custody at Miami’s Federal Detention Center till his time is up.  In the meantime, the rapper took to twitter to bid farewell to his fans and follower’s:

In other news, Drake is being sued for more than $70,000 by his former stylist.   Michael Raphael is suing his former boss for $39,583 in consulting fees which included styling, photography, and graphic design for Drake’s OVO.  FYI, Raphael is the owner of the Rest Store boutique in New York City. He was hired by Drake in August of 2012 to consult the entertainer on styling choices which included his American Music Awards appearance in November and the A$AP Rocky “F*ckin’ Problems” video shoot.

It looks like the $70, 000 bill is for one month’s work, because Raphael is only seeking payment for the December 2012.  Speaking of which, the lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.  Raphael claims Drake left him to foot the bill on several occasions.  Find out what that's all about and get the rest of the details below with Tha Wire.

Finally, about 2 months ago a woman by the name of Deanna Gines’ claimed that Chris Brown shoved her to the ground and injured her knee at a nightclub in Anaheim, Calif.

Gines told TMZ she was in VIP with Chris at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, where he the singer had just performed.  When out of nowhere, Breezy allegedly shoved her to the ground causing her to severe injury to her knee.

Eye witnesses tell a different story, citing the fact that Gines was extremely drunk and belligerent.  To make matters worse, her behavior was recorded on a surveillance camera.  The footage also pokes holes in her story of not being able to walk after allegedly being shoved to the ground, because she is clearly seen walking through the club afterword.
